Single-Channel SD Video Outputted and Looped on Three Television Monitors,
Assorted Garbage Receptacles and Plastic Containers

A bag of garbage is torn apart and investigated. A pair of hands gently caresses unwanted, forgotten, and discarded items.
Remnants of consumed products are bought to light as unique artifacts.

The video is displayed as a sculptural installation. Three television monitors are disguised in a heap of garbage.
Plastic containers and garbage bags glow with the rhythmic movement of the images displayed on the monitors.

* Waste Management was shown at the Anna Leonowens Gallery in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The work was also installed as guerrilla art on
Chebucto Lane, Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design University student lounge.
